I tailor each session to meet the needs of the individual whether it is for relaxation, relief from aches and pain or to address deeper, more chronic issues. Each customized session gently encourages the individual to develop a deeper awareness of, and a healthier, more gratifying relationship with the uniqueness of their body.

Though massage can be a powerful catalyst for positive change, true lasting change – healing – comes from within the individual. I see myself as a skilled support specialist, helping individuals awaken and develop a productive relationship with their own inner healing resources.

I consider my bodywork heart-centered because it is through my heart that I find the great joy, intuition, and creativity that I bring to my work. The heart is my greatest guide and asset. My bodywork is, therefore, an expression of my deepest creative expression and life fulfillment.
